Hi, iquarium is ok for the fish not to die but the owner should bepunished more for not caring for his fish, the fish should nearly die or look very unhealthy, maybe look like you can see his bones when not feeding, or looking seriously overweigth when feeding too much. The tank should get full of algae when feeding to much, may let some parasites invade the tank, etc. Please add some more events because it gets boring to see the fish happy all the time!
